Stove top lasagna

Pasta of your choice (I like anything curly)
Ricotta
shredded mozzarella
Bongiovi Sauce
grated cheese
Fresh or dried basil

Cook your pasta & drain
return to pot
Add 1/2 of a small container of ricotta
Add shredded mozzarella
Add your Bongiovi sauce
Mix gently do not over mix
Add basil

Serve with grated cheese . :) enjoy

Penne with Asparagus

Fresh Asparagus
A box of Penne
onions, garlic
good olive oil
Bongiovi sauce
grated cheese

Put a large pot of water to boil
Steam your asparagus
In a deep pan. heat olive oil
Slice onions & garlic thin
slice asparagus bite size

Place pasta in boiling water.
Place onions in skillet saute until soft. Then add garlic saute a bit (do not burn, or it will taste bitter)
Add your sliced asparagus

Drain & add your pasta to the pan
And slowly stir in the Bongiovi Sauce.
Serve with lots of grated cheese :)

Italian meatloaf

Chop meat (beef, pork, veal) 2lbs
long grain rice {1 cup}
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
1 pkg. (Italian blend) shredded cheese
2 hard boiled eggs
2 eggs
frozen peas (optional)
grated cheese
1 jar of Bongiovi Sauce

Make your hard boiled eggs & cool
Cook rice 1/2 way & cool

Heat oven to 350

In a large bowl, combine the chopped meats, soup mix, shredded cheese, grated cheese. Add your cooled rice & chop & add your hard boiled eggs. Add the 2 eggs & combine. I also add a little of the sauce!

Take a cooking sheet & spray generously
Form your meat into a loaf.
Top with Sauce, more grated cheese & oregano

Bake at least an hr.
Serve with pasta or mashed potatoes

simmering meatballs

Chopped meat: beef, pork, veal (2lbs)
lots of grated cheese
bread soaked in milk
chopped garlic
eggs (2)
fresh parsley, salt & pepper
2 jars of Bongiovi sauce

Using a deep pot, place sauce on a low simmer
Meanwhile, soak break in milk to cover.
place chopped meat, garlic, eggs, parsley,grated cheese, salt & pepper in a bowl remove soaked bread & squeeze the excess, flaking it between your fingers. Mix it all together.
Form your meatballs about the size of a golf ball.
Slowly adding them to your sauce.
Simmer for about 30min.
Serve over spaghetti, make a hero, or serve with vegetables & a salad :)

Low carb, flat bread pizza

Jar of Bongiovi Sause (whichever you like)
Shredded mozzarella
Grated cheese
Low carb flat bread
oregano
Heat oven to 400
Take a baking sheet & line with tin foil.
Spray generously with non stick spray.
Place flat breads
Top each one with generous sauce, mozzarella, grated cheese.
Sprinkle oregano & drizzle with olive oil

Bake for about 15-20 minutes.
Keep an eye on it, the flat bread is thin. :) enjoy
