International Orders

Please note that international orders may take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery due to customs clearance. A tracking number will be available within 7 days.

Orders shipping to destinations outside the United States might incur import fees and duties & taxes that are not reflected in our prices. If duties and taxes are imposed on your order, they are due at time of delivery. Please consult your local customs office for more details about your country’s duties and taxes.

To Change or Cancel a Bongiovi Brand order

Please fax us right away at 323-843-9416 or e-mail if there is any change to your order or shipping information. Most orders are shipped within a few hours after being placed. If your order has already been shipped, contact our office to notify us and refuse the order upon delivery.

  • UPS Ground 5-6 business days
  • UPS 3 Day Select 3 business days
  • UPS 2nd Day Air 2 business days
  • Next Day Air – next business day
  • Every attempted will be made to process orders in a timely manner
  • Next day delivery, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select orders must be confirmed by noon AM PST Monday through Friday and orders confirmed on Friday after noon PST will ship Monday and arrive Tuesday.
  • Our warehouse does not ship on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day and Thanksgiving (Thurs. & Fri.).
  • No express delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or military APO/FPO addresses
  • UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.

Time-in-transit notes: On UPS holidays – Nov. 22, Dec. 25 and Jan. 1 – there is no movement of any packages tendered to UPS. Also, Nov. 23, Dec. 24 and Dec. 31 are transit day for “UPS air and international packages” only.

Peak-season guarantees: UPS Early A.M. and UPS Worldwide Express Plus deliveries are guaranteed for on-schedule delivery as usual through the holiday season. Guarantees for other air and international shipments delivered within the United States will be extended by 90 minutes on the following days: Nov. 23; Dec. 18-Dec. 24; and Dec. 31. The guarantee does not apply to UPS Ground and UPS Standard to Canada packages picked up or scheduled for delivery between Dec. 11 and Dec. 24.
